If your parcel gets lost by Royal Mail or your local courier, we will send 1 replacement parcel against a document of complaint against your local courier.
If your parcel gets seized by your local Custom Service, we would not carry any responsibility,
we will NOT send replacement parcel for parcel seized by your Custom Service.
