I strongly recommend these. They taste a lot like e.g. Vitamin C chewable tablets. You can easily bite off a half or a quarter when you want to, and it doesn’t leave a bitter taste in your mouth or on your breath. Being dispersible in saliva, they metabolize more rapidly via the mouth’s menbranes than the stomach.
